inconcistancies

i found 2 things that were different from the previous episode:
1. at the beginning, next to the door, it wasnt a keypad, but just 4 buttons.
2. the jetpack dude at the beginning had its head cut off and they rolled apart in the previous episode, but in this they were still connected.

You were right about that warning though, I started watching it and I thought it was just that it was showing his balls, but then I figured out what they were going to do with the nails. DAmit I didnt click the X fast eough and saw the blonde chick puch the nail against his left one... My stomache turned instantly... whoa I feel sick.
